At 1946 Company, we follow the requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product or service you receive from us is faulty, unsafe or does not meet the guarantees set by New Zealand law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Refunds are not provided for:

Change-of-mind decisions

Incorrect selections

Personal preference issues
For bookings or dining experiences, cancellation terms will apply as stated at the time of reservation. Any eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
